NOTES: This was a fun pattern that I did a repeat here and there on, when it came to the lacy band. Using the provisional cast-on and grafting made it interesting, too. The top is a bit pointy – I’m still considering ripping it out and redoing the last few rows to round it a bit, but first I’m going to wash and block it. I did the number of repeats necessary to go around a 1st graders head, and then reduced the number of stitches picked up to correspond, it was 72 I believe.
