Nasty spammers started relaying spam though my server and in the process managed to get our IP blacklisted at spamcop.
Good thing I have great support through my NOC, and they were able to guide me to a way to shut them down. Then I had to go to spamcop and they do have a new way of applying to be automatically delisted – that is only good once, and if you are reported again then you are up a creek. I let it go all day, just to make sure, and went ahead and delisted the IP number. Clients are already getting email bounced back to them saying they are blacklisted. Makes me so %{color:red}*ANGRY!*%
