Knitting Season is here

We had our first snow of the year – about 3 inches, I’d guess. And brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it’s cold! It’s very beautiful, but COLD!

I forgot to mention another FO the other day – I finished another hat for my _Man._

He’d requested another, and he does spend so much time out in the cold elements, so I made the “Macho Man”:http://www.thegarterbelt.com/aa_machoman.html hat for him. It didn’t photograph well, but it’s in a bulky Navy with grey design.
It’s so sweet, he’s alternating wearing the 2 hats that I’ve made him one night and then the other to work.

So, on my needles now?
Mittens for the wee one of the family,

My Christmas shopping is barely started – school is hopping – work is, too – and life, oh the normal-hectic!
How is yours going?
