This post will still be on the sad side, tho not exactly cancer-related, and about loss, but not that of people.
Very recently my dad and a couple of my friends I’ve mentioned have lost pets, that were old, and dear to them. They were part of their family.
Dad said goodbye to his dog, Pita.
Suz and family lost their cat of 17 years, Madison.
Vilma and her family said goodbye to their dog of 12 years, Pepper.
Though it is sad to let go of a pet that has become like a family member, we all know that it is worth the joy that they bring to our lives.
And if I wasn’t sooooooo tired, I might come up with more eloquent words about pets, and I’d also supply you with obligatory cute cat/dog/pet stories and photos. But alas, go hug your pet, that’ll do for now!
