So, I’ve been working out. Actually have made it 4 out of the past 5 days. It feels good. I’m really only feeling it in my back and neck a bit. I’m working into it slowly, since I can’t afford downtime from muscle stress/strain or injury. But as the youngest likes to quote “_Slow and steady wins the race_”. I’m really near the most unhealthy I think I’ve ever been. My blood pressure is probably up. My energy level is bad. My concentration is almost always fuzzy at best. I just feel awful about myself and with myself. So, I’m doing something about it. I haven’t adjusted my diet in a great way, but I am thinking more about what I do eat and how much. I am seriously hoping that excercise is the missing element in my health. So here’s to health!
