It seems to me that a ‘random thoughts’ post is in order.
* It’s raining, it’s pouring. No one is currently snoring. But it is nice and fresh and moderately cool today because of the rain. And not so humid.
* I miss _him_ *big time*. I know in the big scheme of things that this is a short amount of time, but it seems to drag on so much when you are in the midst of it.
* I watched the last 2 nights of the “Democratic National Convention”:http://www.democrats.org/ and saw both Edward’s and Kerry’s speeches. It sure seems like a lot of staged hoopla to me. Hard to believe. I am such the skeptic. I really _want_ to like them – I consider myself a Bush supporter, definitely not a Bush hater, but not a “Republican”:http://www.rnc.org/ either. And I believe that we need a breathe of fresh air. But I am just finding it so difficult…
* It’s time to find homes for the kittens, anyone want a sweet, loving, cute little tabby kitten? I’m not sure I will be keeping my Zagna(short for Lasagna) kitty, but we’ll see. I just know that 5 – 7 cats in one house is TOO MANY. I have no idea how those “cat lady”-types stand it. The litter box fills up at least daily – they eat so much – there is cat hair everywhere – they kind of take over.
But I do see the loving part :~) meeyow.
