More pounds or pork rinds, ugh

Well, in 5 days of the Atkin’s Nutritional Approach, i’ve taken off 6 lbs. Toughest part was pepsi, and the caffeine withdrawal headaches on days 4 and 5. I tried to wean off slowly…Day 1 – 16 oz, Day 2 – 8 oz., Day 3 – 2 oz. Then it didn’t taste good so I figured, ‘what a waste of carbs’. Then headaches day 4 and 5. But today is day 6 and I feel much better headache-wise. Kinda low on energy, but that is par for the course, as my body adjusts to burning fat instead of carb’s for energy. I’m going to push myself back into exercising, as my energy level increases. Most people I’ve read or know that have used this approach say after the initial stages their energy level rises to a higher level than usual. Boy, am I looking forward to that!
I have found the online journal and carb counter ( I printed it out, it’s pretty tattered and worn now) both to be very helpful.
I’m looking for more snacks, and wouldn’t ya know, Pork Rinds are carb-free, ugh! So, I’m trying a bag of BBQ-flavored. Wish me luck!
