Suz and I share a lot in common, but both of us losing a dear Grandmother around the same time wasn’t something we neccessarily wanted to share. Suzie’s gramma had been sick for a long time, but what finally took her life? You know. I don’t have to say it anymore. Watching the life slip out of the body, tears at your heart. Watching the physical symptoms of life leaving where it had been for so long. Where it been a source of love, and nurturing – safety and comfort – wisdom and yet youthfulness.
bq. _Grandmothers and roses are much the same. Each are God’s masterpieces with different names._
