Oh to dream, home…..

It all seems so amazing!!!
The guy that owns our house offered us to buy it on contract with 10% down.
And then we find out that the house next door is for sale, along with 5 acres of land and the entire lake (about 5 more acres), and they offered it to us for an incredible price since we simply love it and want to take care of it and raise families here! I’ve sent my mom oodles of photos and am currently editing a walk-trhough video of the house next-door for her.
I honestly told her I’d take either house. This house is incredible, that piece of land is incredible. I’d be SO HAPPY either way!
Then to top off the sundae…..they also own a 2 acre lot on the other side of the lake, and a 7 acre piece on this side, just beyond the one neighbor we have that border the lake also.
Today she offers me an INCREDIBLE deal on the whole shebang!!!!
We’ve always dreamt of owing a small chunk of land. More than a lot. That we could raise the kids on, have family (mom and sister) live on or nearby, and maybe our kids settle on someday. I’m just plain, flabbergasted!
It is SO like a dream come true!
Mom and I need to pinch eachother LOL
