CHRISTOPHER, CUCUMBERS, & CICADAS
Well, the boy is our main gardner. He harvested these GREAT cucumbers today, the first from our garden. Sarah made me a wonderful cucumber sandwhich for lunch :~)
This bug is a “Cicada”, and trust me, this particular one is a DEAD Cicada, for me to put my hand next to it for a photo!!! The thing was almost as long as my tallman finger, my hand is right next to it. And BOY are they noisy critters! Here is a great site with info on Cicadas.
