I just wrote a bunch of adjectives on a piece of paper.
I wish I could tear it up, throw it away and not feel them about myself ever again.
I’d settle for just not feeling them so much and so often.
The hardest programming to overcome is that which we say in our own heads, repeatedly, especially over many years of our lives.
It’s a vicious cycle – one that must be broken, for their sake.
